A 5000 square foot remodel of an existing historic building for a non-profit client.
Adjacent to the Brava theater, new staff office, a cafe, and green room will occupy storefront along 24th Street.
The historic storefront is being restored to the original Reid Brothers Architects design after years of neglect. On the interior, a modern clerestory ribbon unifies the separate functions and brings abundant natural light deep into the space.
Each function includes a mezzanine looking down upon the main ground floor space below.
